Meet Bekah Cone
Licensed Clinical Social Worker #129081
Hey there! I’m Bekah (she/her), a neurodivergent and chronically ill therapist who’s passionate about supporting people navigating the intersection of complex trauma and chronic illness.
In our work together, you can expect a space that’s affirming, non-pathologizing, and rooted in anti-oppressive values. I don’t see your coping strategies or “symptoms” as something broken. They’re creative ways you’ve learned to protect yourself. Together, we’ll get curious about what those parts of you are trying to communicate and explore what healing and growth might look like in ways that are sustainable and authentic to you.
I know that you don’t exist in a vacuum. Your relationships, communities, and the systems you move through all shape your experience. In therapy, we’ll hold space for all of it: your internal world, your environment, and the ways they interact.
You’re welcome to bring every part of yourself here. I know how much courage it takes to reach out, and I want you to know that you don’t have to do this alone.
If you’d like to connect, you can fill out the form below to set up a free consultation or ask any questions. I’d love to meet you and see how we might work together.
