Welcome! I'm Bekah Cone, a neurodivergent, chronically ill Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working at the intersection of complex trauma and chronic illness.
My approach to therapy is affirming, non-pathologizing, and grounded in anti-oppressive principles. I believe that the symptoms and behaviors we bring to therapy developed as protective mechanisms, offering valuable insights into where you may feel stuck.
As a social worker, I deeply value understanding you within the context of your environment. Our internal experiences are inseparable from our relationships, communities, and the systemic structures that shape our lives. All of these layers influence our wellbeing and deserve thoughtful exploration and attention.
